Cultural Strategist

I’m Jessamyn, cultural strategist and the founder of CLTR Collective. I started this work because I know what it’s like to show up in a role where I was capable of so much more—but the space didn’t allow it. My story isn’t rare—and that’s the problem.

CLTR was born from the idea that work should feel alive. That real engagement—the kind where you’re contributing with purpose, where your presence moves things—isn’t the exception. It should be the standard. When companies get culture right, everyone rises. That’s the work we’re here to do.

The truth is too many companies let their talent fall to the wayside because teams are not being inspired, engaged, or connected—and we spend way too much time working not to like our jobs.

That’s why CLTR exists, to reimagine culture from within. Because people are the core of every company, and when they’re supported, connected, and empowered to lead from where they are, everything shifts. Culture doesn’t change by accident—it changes by design.

From Corporate Law to Transforming Corporate Culture

My background in law and deep expertise in leadership development equips me with the knowledge and tools to identify the root causes of cultural issues, design effective leadership training, and implement strategies that drive lasting change and create a strong internal culture.

Why CLTR Collective Was Founded

I’ve always loved working, and what I found time and time again was that the excitement and exhilaration I felt at the beginning of a job didn’t last. I knew something had to change

Too many of us have given everything we have to a company, showing them what we can do, only for them to turn around and tell us to just do our jobs. When leaders manage, rather than lead, the company culture leaves its employees wanting something more—somewhere where they will be challenged, encouraged, appreciated, and recognized for the value add they are.

At some point, I realized the unfulfillment I was feeling wasn’t about the job itself—it was about how I was showing up in it. I started to turn inward instead of outward for the validation I was looking for. I learned that if I could change my mindset, I could change my reality—because there’s real power in a perspective shift. I started to approach work differently, I valued the contributions I was making, and I performed for myself first before anyone else. That personal shift didn’t just change how I felt at work—it changed how I showed up. And that shift is what led me to CLTR: helping others lead from within, build with intention, and create cultures where people and performance thrive.

  • To leave those we encounter energized, inspired, and motivated to expand their potential and ignite their inner greatness and abilities so they can truly thrive.

  • To transform workplace culture from the inside out with values-aligned action, leadership development and training, and high-trust relationship building.

  • Creative innovation and curiosity, collaboration and encouragement, being client-centered, and embodying a perspective of for me, for you, for us.

  • We understand the impact a strong support system can have in helping individuals to rise up and create new opportunities to thrive.
